How much does shipping cost?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. You would expect the delivery about 1-2 weeks time but it may vary depending on the shipping providers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We have the special shipping rates as below:

       – For Australia, FREE shipping for destination locations within 25km radius from Woy Woy or Pennant Hills. For all other locations: $15.60 shipping fee for up to 5kg. Pick-up available upon booking in advance.

       – For Vietnam, you can email to order in advance and pick up from our shop in Ho Chi Minh city.

       – For other international destinations: $99 shipping fee for up to 5kg.

What is our return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any transaction, we will make an investigation. If you are entitled to a refund, we will give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.

How much is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order required. However, you would get a free shipping for orders over $500 in total.
